Terms of Sale

Last updated: 19 October 2026. Earlier versions are kept at their own dated addresses (section 11).

The short version

  • You are buying a kit: a downloadable guided method for building an AI team on Claude. It is educational material, not software.
  • You need your own Claude account from Anthropic, at your own cost. The method does not work with any other AI.
  • We sell the kits to the United Kingdom and to the other countries offered at checkout. Anything with live time with Adam in it is sold in the United Kingdom only.
  • In the United Kingdom, GINNY FAGAN LTD is the seller, takes payment through Stripe and adds no VAT. If you buy from anywhere else, Onelink takes your payment, with the tax where you live already in the price.
  • Your licence covers one business and the people who work in it or for it, including contractors and freelancers. It cannot be shared outside that business or resold. Twelve months of updates are included.
  • Your download is ready within minutes of paying, so you give up the 14-day right to cancel it. We ask you to confirm that before you pay. In its place you get our 14-day build guarantee.
  • Anything you make with your own Claude is yours.
  • If you add two Sessions with Adam, they are a service and you keep a right to cancel them. See section 7.
  • Built with Adam is designed with you and agreed in writing before you pay. See section 7A.
  • Nothing here takes away your legal rights.

1. Who we are

Build My AI Team is a trading name of GINNY FAGAN LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17347847. Our registered office is The Stamp Exchange, Westgate Road, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 1SA, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").

You can contact us at [email protected]. That is the route for everything on this page, including cancellations, refunds and guarantee claims.

We are not registered for UK VAT.

Build My AI Team is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic, PBC. Claude is a product of Anthropic. We teach a method for using it.

2. Who we can sell to, and who takes your payment

We sell to buyers in the United Kingdom and in the other countries offered at checkout. If your country is not offered, we cannot take your order through the shop. For any enquiries, email [email protected].

Sessions with Adam and Built with Adam both include live time with Adam. They are sold in the United Kingdom only. The Kit and The Complete Team on their own are available in every country offered at checkout. If you are outside the United Kingdom and would like time with Adam for your business, email us.

Where you are decides how your payment is taken.

  • In the United Kingdom, GINNY FAGAN LTD takes your payment.
  • Anywhere else on the list, your order is taken through Onelink, Stripe's merchant of record service. Onelink takes your payment, charges the tax that applies where you live, issues your receipt and handles payment questions, refunds and disputes. At checkout Onelink asks you to accept its own terms for the payment. These terms still govern your kit, your licence, your updates and our guarantee, and GINNY FAGAN LTD writes, supplies and delivers the kit to you.

3. What you are buying

What you are buying is described on the shop page at the time you buy, and your order confirmation repeats it.

There are two kits:

  • The Kit
  • The Complete Team, which contains everything in The Kit and more

You can buy either kit on its own, or with two Sessions with Adam added:

  • The Kit with Your Sessions
  • The Complete Team with Your Sessions

Section 7 applies to the sessions.

Built with Adam is a separate, bespoke engagement. It is arranged with us directly, not through the checkout. Section 7A applies to it.

Sessions with Adam means the two sessions with Adam included in The Kit with Your Sessions or The Complete Team with Your Sessions. Each one is "a Session with Adam".

Your kit means the digital download you bought, The Kit or The Complete Team. It does not include Sessions with Adam. Each kit is a digital pack: a zip file of documents and templates containing a guided method for building a team of AI assistants on Claude.

Five things to be clear about before you buy.

a. It is an educational method, not a done-for-you service

Your kit teaches you how to build your AI team, and you do the building. In Sessions with Adam, he advises and coaches you on your plan, and you still do the building. Only Built with Adam includes building with Adam.

Your results depend on the time and effort you put in, and on how you apply the method to your own business. We do not promise any particular business or personal outcome.

b. It runs on Claude, and only on Claude

The method is written for Anthropic's Claude and does not work with other AI assistants. To use it you need your own Claude subscription, which you buy directly from Anthropic at your own cost. That cost is not included in what you pay us.

At the time of writing, a paid Claude plan starts at around £20 a month. Anthropic can change that at any time. We have no control over Claude's pricing, features, availability or terms.

Choosing a Claude plan whose terms fit how you use it is your decision, and Anthropic's terms govern it.

c. Tools you connect are separate again, and may cost more

The method shows you how to connect Claude to other tools you already use or might choose to use. Your email, calendar, file storage and accounts software are the usual ones. Those tools are not ours and are not included. Most need their own account and some charge for one. Any such cost is payable by you, or by your business, directly to whoever provides that tool.

Nothing in the method requires you to buy any particular tool. We tell you what a role can do with a connection and leave the choice to you, including the choice to make none.

d. Your kit is digital content

Nothing physical is shipped. You download your kit after purchase.

e. How your written reports are produced

Where you have Sessions with Adam, the written report on each session is prepared from that session's recording and transcript using our own tools. Adam reviews it and adds a personal note before it goes to you.

4. Price and payment

Prices. Prices are shown in pounds sterling on the shop page. If you buy from outside the United Kingdom, the checkout shows the price in your own currency, with the tax that applies where you live already inside it. The price at checkout is the total price. There are no delivery charges and no other charges from us. The Claude subscription in clause 3b, and any tools you choose to connect under clause 3c, are separate costs payable to whoever provides them.

Tax. GINNY FAGAN LTD is not registered for UK VAT. A United Kingdom purchase therefore carries no VAT, and none is shown on your receipt. On a purchase from outside the United Kingdom, Onelink works out the tax due where you live, collects it and shows it on the receipt it sends you.

Who takes your payment.

  • In the United Kingdom, GINNY FAGAN LTD takes payment through Stripe. Your payment appears on your statement as AI TEAM KIT.
  • Everywhere else, Onelink takes the payment, as section 2 describes. Your statement will read LINK.COM* BUILDMYAITEAM.COM rather than Build My AI Team. That is us.

We never see or store your full card number on either route.

Kits with sessions. If you buy a kit with sessions, it is one purchase at one price, paid once. That price has two parts, and the split matters in one situation only: if you cancel your sessions. Clause 7.1 gives the figures.

Built with Adam. Your price is the one in your written proposal (section 7A).

5. Your right to cancel

If you buy online without meeting us, the law normally gives you 14 days to change your mind, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Here is how that works for what we sell.

Your kit, in every package

Your download is ready within minutes of paying. Once we have started supplying a download, the 14-day right ends, provided you agreed to that first. So at checkout we ask you to tick a box yourself, saying that you want your download straight away and that you understand the 14-day right goes with it. You cannot buy without ticking it, because we cannot deliver any other way.

We repeat what you ticked back to you, word for word, in your order confirmation, so you have your own record of what you agreed and when.

You are not left with nothing in its place. Our 14-day build guarantee gives you a refund route that starts after you have downloaded and used your kit. That is the opposite way round to the statutory right and, for a product like this one, more use to you. The guarantee is on our Refunds and Guarantee page.

Your Sessions with Adam, if you added them

Sessions are a service rather than a download, and the rule above does not apply to them. You keep the full 14 days from your order to cancel your sessions, unless you ask us to start them sooner. Clause 7.4 sets out what happens if you do.

Built with Adam

Section 7A applies.

How to cancel

Tell us clearly that you want to cancel. Email [email protected] or write to the address in section 1. You may use the form in section 14, but any clear statement is enough. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your message before the period ends.

What you keep either way

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by anything in this section. They apply if what we supply is faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality. They are not limited by the 14-day guarantee window or by any other time limit on this page.

6. Refunds

Where you cancel and are entitled to a refund, we refund you by the same means you paid, within 14 days of the day you tell us you want to cancel. We take off only any amount properly due under clause 7.4 for a session already held at your request. You will not pay any fee as a result of the refund.

Our voluntary guarantee is separate. It is set out on the Refunds and Guarantee page, which forms part of these terms.

7. Sessions with Adam

This section applies only if you bought The Kit with Your Sessions or The Complete Team with Your Sessions. It does not apply to a kit bought on its own.

7.1 What you get, and the two parts of the price

What you get:

  • Your kit, delivered immediately. It is the same kit we sell on its own, with a guide to your sessions added.
  • Two Sessions with Adam, each of approximately 45 minutes, held online by video. Adam advises and coaches you on your business, your priorities and how to get the most from your AI team. You do the building. The first session works out your plan. The second is taken later, when you have something specific you want to make work.
  • A written report after each session, within a day (clause 7.6). Your first report comes with a set of context files you can load into your own Claude account.

The two parts of the price. You pay once, at one price. The split below matters in one situation only: if you cancel your sessions, any refund is worked out from it.

You payYour kitYour two Sessions with Adam
The Kit with Your Sessions£895£495£400
The Complete Team with Your Sessions£1,395£995£400

The kit figure is what that kit costs on its own, so £400 is what the two sessions add. It is the same £400 whichever kit you choose.

7.2 Booking, and what you send us first

We email your private booking link by the end of the next working day after you order. A working day is Monday to Friday, except bank holidays in England. Book whenever you like. There is nothing you have to complete before you can take a slot, and the slot is yours once it is booked.

When you book, we email you a short prompt to run in your own Claude account. It asks about your business and writes a file. Please email that file back at least a day before your session. It lets the session be about your business rather than about establishing what your business is.

7.3 When supply of your sessions begins

Supply begins when your first session begins. Booking a slot does not begin it.

7.4 If you ask us to begin inside the 14 days

You may ask us to begin before your 14-day cancellation period ends. We ask for that at checkout, in a box separate from the download box, and you do not have to tick it in order to buy.

If you leave that box unticked and then book a slot inside your 14 days, we check with you before the session. We email you the same request. The session goes ahead inside your 14 days only if you reply to confirm it. If you would rather keep your full 14 days, we move the session to a date after they end.

If you do ask us to begin early and then cancel within your 14 days, you pay us a reasonable amount for what we have already supplied, in proportion to the sessions part of the price:

  • your first session, its written report and your context files together account for 75 per cent of it, which is £300;
  • your second session and its written report account for 25 per cent, which is £100.

We will tell you the figure before we take it, and we will refund the rest within 14 days.

If you did not ask us to begin early, you pay nothing for anything supplied in that period.

7.5 When the right to cancel your sessions ends

If you asked us to begin early, your right to cancel ends inside your 14 days once we have fully performed. Full performance means both sessions have been held and the written report on each has been sent to you, with all of your context files. Until the last of those has been sent, we have not fully performed.

If you did not ask us to begin early, you keep the full 14 days.

7.6 Your written reports

We undertake to send you a written report on each session within 24 hours of that session finishing. Your first report comes with your context files. The clock runs from the end of the session, not from the day you paid.

7.7 Recording

Your session is recorded and transcribed, and this is required: it is how your written report is prepared. Our privacy notice explains how the recording is handled and on what lawful basis. You will see that explanation before the session, not at the start of the call.

7.8 If Adam cannot hold your session

If we have to cancel or move your session, we will offer you the next available slot or a full refund of the sessions part of your order, whichever you prefer.

7.9 Moving a session, or missing one

You can move a booked session once by giving us at least a day's notice.

If you miss a booked session without telling us, we will offer you one further slot. Beyond that, we may treat the session as supplied.

7.10 Your reports and files

Your reports and your context files are yours. We grant you an unrestricted licence to use, adapt and keep them, in your business and in your own Claude account, with no time limit.

We keep copies under our retention policy, which is in our privacy notice. They will not be shared.

The method, the templates and the kit they are built from remain ours, as set out in section 8.

7.11 When your sessions run out

Your first session is available for twelve months from the day you buy. Your second is available for twelve months from the day we send you the report and context files from your first.

If the twelve months pass and you have not taken a session, it closes, and everything else you bought stays yours. If life got in the way, ask once and we will move it.

7A. Built with Adam

What it is. Built with Adam is a bespoke engagement: Adam designs an AI team around your business and builds it with you. It is not sold through the shop checkout. It starts with a call to talk through your business and what you would like your team to take on.

What is agreed, and when. We design the engagement with you during your enquiry, and we agree it in writing before you pay anything. The written proposal sets out:

  • what is included;
  • how many sessions there are, how long the engagement runs and which roles are built;
  • the price and when it is paid;
  • what happens if either of us needs to pause or stop.

The shop page describes what Built with Adam can include. It does not promise a fixed number of sessions, a fixed duration or a fixed set of roles. Those are decided for your business and set out in your proposal.

Price. The shop page shows the starting price. Your price is the one in your written proposal, and it is the price you pay. Nothing is added to it by us.

How these terms apply. Your written proposal, once we have both agreed it, governs your engagement. Where it says something different from these terms, the proposal wins for Built with Adam. Otherwise these terms apply, including your kit licence and what you make (section 8) and what we are responsible for (section 9).

What you keep. What is built with you, in your own Claude account and your own folders, is yours, on the same basis as clause 7.10. The method, the templates and our kits remain ours, and you use them under the licence in section 8.

Who does the work. Adam works with you on your engagement. If he cannot hold a session, we agree a new date with you, or refund the part of the engagement not yet supplied, whichever you prefer.

If you are buying as a consumer. If you are buying as a consumer, you have 14 days from the day we agree your proposal in writing to cancel. We start inside those 14 days only if you ask us to in writing. If you ask us to start early and then cancel, you pay a reasonable amount for what has been supplied, in proportion to the price, and we refund the rest within 14 days. Most Built with Adam clients buy for their business, and in that case this paragraph does not apply.

Results. Adam brings his experience and judgement to your engagement. Your results still depend on your business and how your team is used, and we do not promise any particular business outcome.

8. Your licence, what you make, and updates

When you buy a kit, we grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it to the business you buy it for. If you buy as an individual, that business is you. In practice:

  • One business. The licence covers one company, partnership or sole trader. It does not extend to other companies in the same group.
  • Its people. Anyone who works in that business or for it may use the kit, each in their own Claude account. That includes employees, partners and directors, and contractors and freelancers while they are working for your business.
  • Not outside it. A contractor or freelancer may use the kit only for work for your business, not for their other clients. Nobody may share, resell, redistribute or publish the kit, or any part of it, outside that business, whether free or paid.
  • You may not use the kit to create a competing product or course.
  • All intellectual property in the kit remains ours. Buying it does not transfer any ownership to you.

If you want to use the kit in more than one business, contact us.

What you make is yours. The roles, context files, documents and any other content you produce in your own Claude account using the method belong to you. We claim no ownership of them and no licence over them, and we never see them unless you send them to us. Clause 7.10 deals separately with a report we write for you.

Updates. Every purchase includes 12 months of updates from the date you buy. During that time we may issue updated files to you at no cost.

What an update looks like depends on what has changed. It might be:

  • a corrected or replaced file;
  • a short note telling you what to do differently;
  • revised guidance where Anthropic releases a new model or changes how Claude works;
  • a fix where we find an issue in the kit.

We will email you to say what has changed and how to get it. After the 12 months, you keep everything you have downloaded.

9. What we are responsible for, and what we are not

We are responsible for supplying digital content that is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires. Where we supply a service, we are responsible for performing it with reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for:

  • your results from applying the method, which depend on you;
  • Claude itself, including its availability, pricing, behaviour, outputs or any changes Anthropic makes to it;
  • decisions you take, or content your AI team produces, based on the method, a session, a report or a Built with Adam engagement;
  • losses that were not foreseeable to both of us when you bought.

Advice in a session or an engagement is practical guidance on running your business with AI. It is not legal, tax, financial or other regulated advice.

Our liability cap. Where we are liable to you, our total liability in connection with your purchase is limited to the price you paid for the part of your order concerned.

What this section does not limit. Nothing in this section limits or excludes our liability, under sections 49 and 50 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, for:

  • failing to perform a service with reasonable care and skill;
  • failing to perform it in line with information we have given you about it.

Nothing in this section limits our liability in respect of a service to less than the price you paid for that service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. That includes:

  • liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • liability for fraud;
  • your statutory rights as a consumer;
  • our liability under section 46 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if our digital content damages your device or other digital content.

10. Fair use of the site and the kit

Please do not try to get round the purchase process, scrape or bulk-download our content, or share download links. We may suspend update delivery to accounts we reasonably believe are redistributing a kit, after contacting you first.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add products. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones in force when you buy. Each version is kept at its own dated address, and your order email links the version you bought under. If we change the terms in a way that affects an ongoing entitlement, such as updates or an unused session, we will not reduce what you have already paid for.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

If something goes wrong, email us first. Most things can be fixed with a conversation.
