Refunds and the 14-day build guarantee

1. If something is not working

When something does not land, we would rather fix it than leave you with a kit you cannot use.

Email [email protected]. Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead. Send screenshots if you can.

Most problems are a setting, a step or a single file, and we fix them by email. We will work through it with you and come back to you as quickly as we can.

If the problem is in the kit and we cannot fix it, we will refund you.

2. The 14-day build guarantee

All we ask is that you have worked through your kit as far as that first task, or as far as you could get. Tell us:

• where you got to;
• what you tried;
• where it fell short.

That shows us the method did not deliver for you, and it tells us what to fix. A few sentences are enough. You do not need to have had a session with Adam to claim.

The guarantee is there for people who have given the kit a real try. If you bought a kit, did not open it and changed your mind, that is not what it covers. Section 5 sets out the rights you keep whatever we decide.

3. What the guarantee covers

• It covers your kit. If you added sessions, the guarantee covers the kit part of your order: £495 on The Kit and £995 on The Complete Team.
• It runs for 14 days from the date you buy. We allow a few days after that for you to write to us about work you did inside the 14 days.
• It applies wherever you bought from.
• It is given by GINNY FAGAN LTD, at the address below.

4. Your Sessions with Adam

If you added sessions, they are a service, and you can cancel them within 14 days of your order. The kit part of your order is covered by the guarantee above.

• If you left the early-start box unticked, cancel within 14 days and the £400 comes back to you in full. That stays true even if a session has already been held.
• If you asked us to start early, you can still cancel within 14 days of your order, and you pay for what you have had by then. That is £300 once your first session, report and files are done. The rest of the £400 comes back to you.
• If Adam has to cancel or move a session, you choose: the next available slot, or a full refund of the sessions part of your order.
• If something is not right with a session, tell us. We will put it right, or refund the part that fell short.

Clause 7 of the Terms of Sale has the details, including how the 14 days end once everything has been delivered.

Built with Adam: refunds are set out in your written proposal (Terms of Sale, section 7A).

5. Your legal rights

Nothing on this page reduces your legal rights.

• Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not, you are entitled to a repair or a replacement. If we cannot put it right, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund.
• Where we supply a service, it must be performed with reasonable care and skill and in line with what we told you about it.
• These rights apply regardless of the guarantee, and regardless of any time limit on this page.

Your download is ready within minutes of paying. At checkout you agree to that, and you acknowledge that the 14-day right to cancel ends when supply begins. That is why downloading and changing your mind is not, on its own, a right to a refund. The guarantee above is deliberately wider: it applies after you have downloaded and used your kit, and it asks only that you have worked through it.

6. How to claim

1. Email us. Write to [email protected] from the address you bought with, and include your licence key.
2. Tell us what happened. Say which task you set your Executive Assistant and what happened, and send us the files you made. If you could not get far enough to make any, tell us what stopped you instead. That is an answer too, and it does not count against your claim.
3. We refund approved claims within 14 days of approval, to your original payment method.

Where the refund comes from.

• United Kingdom purchases. GINNY FAGAN LTD makes the refund through Stripe, back to the card or account you paid with. We do not charge VAT, so no tax is taken off your refund.
• Purchases from outside the United Kingdom. Onelink processes the refund, back to the card or account you paid with, and the refund includes the tax you paid. Email us as above to claim.

If we decline a claim. If we do not think a claim meets the guarantee, we will say so and explain why. If you disagree, reply and Adam will look at it again. Whatever we decide under the guarantee, your rights in section 5 still stand.
